What I’ve been up to…
I have been asked several times recently what I’ve been up to. The truth is I’ve been spending a lot of time organizing, gleaning, and creating – as close to my dream life as I can get.
A lot of this time has been spent learning about kiln-glass, making lots of prototypes, exploring what excites me about the materials: the movement, depth and intensity.
I’ve also been experimenting with my glass and light and movement… And, collaborating with other artists. This is probably one of the best times in my life as an artist!
Check out some of these little snippets – videos – of what I’ve been doing.… I would love to hear your thoughts if you want to share.
(One is to give you an idea of how I’m getting these. Two shows the incredible dimension of reflection and three is a fun close up. Please forgive terrible videography… at the moment, I’m camera woman and glass/light mover;-)
