ArtPop Digital Display @ Ballantyne Village
Jarvi created custom glass for curved digital display when invited by ArtPop for this Awedience Media opportunity at Ballantyne Village, Charlotte, NC. Display is 8’4”x18’7”.
In early 2016, this was a brand new large scale, curved digital display. The artist designed the glass panel specifically to be scaled for that format/environment. One of several ArtPop glass designs she made for large scale/format applications.
Important to note that ArtPop Street Gallery is an amazing program for artists and communities. Carmella Jarvi has directly benefitted as one of the first ArtPop artists in 2014, other invitations (like this one to participate in additional opportunities), and was an ArtPop CLT 2018 artist.
She loves the program so much, she served on the ArtPop Board for a year and continues to support them through investing money, art, and time/expertise to more recent ArtPop artists.
